whistles
Posted by Anonymous on Monday, February 11, 2002 1:20 PM
I have a small whistle which came off a US Army Davanport switcher 0-B-0 wheel arrangement. The diesel had an air compressor I suspect for train air and brakes but I don't know what lps it used for the whistle. The whistle has a 2" pipe fitting on the bottom and I have hooked it up to a 100 lps compressor but, other than venting air, I can't get it to blow. What would I need to do to get it to work?
