What kind of commodities make up a priority manifest? Any examples?

csx manifests include steel grain cars auto parts and racks and corn syrup cars. all heading for chicago.

I was also wondering ( to go along with reefers), are all those Simplot reefers on some of the CSX trains make up a priority manifest and is lumber considered a priority?
