Chicago Switching Tracks along 22nd Street and Blue Island Ave

There is a switching district in Chicago along 22nd St and Blue Island Ave. I know a shortline used to operate it, but they went bust like sometime about a year ago? And at that time BNSF took over operation, since they actually own the tracks (I believe).

Are there still any active customers here? And also I drove by today and noticed that the tracks were physically cut around Sangamon and 20th street - effectively cutting off access to the BNSF western ave yard from the eastern side of the yard, but the other side of this switching district runs around to the western side of the Western Ave Yard.
