The map is generally accurate, but there are a few errors:
BNSF Kaiser "yard" is further east of the location shown.

Lines that are now abandoned:
1. Former SP through Canoga Park. A short stub remains in Chatsworth, and the wye in Burbank is still there. Several miles of this is being rebuilt as the MTA Orange Line busway.
2. Former PE/SP from Pomona through Rancho Cucamonga to the connection with the Palmdale cutoff. A short segment at the east end, in Rialto, is still in service
3. Former PE/SP line that cuts southwest through Bellflower is virtually all abandoned now; a short segment in Paramount is still there.
4. Former ATSF from LA through Pasadena as far as Arcadia. LA-Pasadena-Sierra Madre is now the MTA Gold Line

Omissions:
1. Former SP/PE that runs along the north side and in the median of I-10, between the Intermodal Yard and El Monte. Now used by Metrolink.
2. Harbor area tracks (though they did include the PHL yard)

They also forget the ex-SP Los Angeles Transportation Center (LATC) intermodal yard just south-southeast of Taylor Yard/Metrolink. You can get a good view of it from Interstate 5 just north of Interstate 10.

I guess the Anahiem "yard" is too small to bother with.

I wonder how the think the trains get to PHL.

AS MP57313 said, the Kaiser Yard is in the wrong location. I am guessing it is by the old Kaiser Steel mill. This would be on the eastern side of Fontana.

I've seen a small yard in the area when riding through on Metrolink, but I don't drive through there very much so I've never explored it up close.
