Tree damages NS train in PHL

Looking at the photo series, it became pretty evident that the tree might have been the major culprit in starting the chain of damage, but the pipeline across the bridge seems to have contributed more to the damage on NS 2100 than the tree limbs.

Tree severely damaged a lightweight bridge on towpath. Hit Switcher NS 2100 on otherside of canal.. Switcher has to work this branch due to weight limitations
