Thanks, Jim. The one part I could kick myself about is that all of these were shot as JPGs. I don't have quite the amount of tweaking room (especially on the B&W Conversion) as I would with a RAW file. I'm also constantly having to remind myself that these are NOT from my K-5. I've gotten really spoiled with the RAW files from the K-5. They are incredible to work with in post processing. I have 14.2 stops of recordable dynamic range when I shoot at ISO 80. It's amazing! These old Canon D60 JPGs certainly don't behave like that, LOL!

Very nice, Chris. And what a nice mini-portfolio of your early work-- a nice colorful daytime scene, a nicely-exposed night scene, and a classic greyscale image. Quite the range you have.

I haven't posted any of my "Classics" collection in awhile, but I've still been working on them here and there. My latest offering is a few shots from a trip up to Cheyenne that I took back in 2005 with my first digital camera, a Canon D60.
First up is a shot in LaSalle, CO. Is this the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow?

Unfortunately, all of these shots are now difficult or impossible to get again. I don't think the UP caboose is in the park in LaSalle anymore and there's a fence on the bridge over the yard that is incredibly difficult to shoot through. So let these serve as a reminder to shoot what you can today, because tomorrow you might not be able to!
