They were built on GE U25B frames with fuel tanks in tact. The only discription I have is in Kalmbach's The Contemporary Diesel Spotters Guide pg. 315. [:D]

does anyone know where i can find drawings or measurements of Southern Pacific Tractive Effort Booster Units? #'s 1600-1613. i want to build a pair but i need to know how tall, how long, and where exactly to place the grills and fan and the other parts, and what size the roof fan and side grills are.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
