CSXMl Tie question

Don't know if this has been covered on the forums or not, but I am going to ask.
In the last month they have been replacing ties where my parents live.

On the end of each tie the markings of CSXMl is stamped into the end.

Would like to know what it means. Thanks in advance for all replies.
