It was soundly defeated so as a Denver Railfan I can see the circus train continue to come to Denver.

Today on CBS radio news I heard that Denver voters will get to vote on whether traveling circuses will be allowed to come to Denver. A teenager who is opposed to wild animals traveling in circuses (including rail cars) helped get the initiative on the ballot.
I have not heard the results of the voting.
