Opinion on IHC Track products

I am new to this hobby, so I need some advice.

I need tracks & acc. for my layout, as I have life like power loc right now.

Atlas is a established company in this area but I came accross IHC's web site and their prices are almost 1/3rd of Atlas. I am tempted to uy from them as I am just a beginner and money is a concern.

Please advice me are they worth at a price, 1/3rd of Atlas's price.
