Andrew, when they started ordering the GEVos they couldn't fit the beaver logo on them, and that's the point at which, for whatever reason, they stopped applying them (with four notable exceptions that every one of us has seen)

I was wondering if the CP would ever repaint a SOO SD60 since the paint faded on the SOO logos of many units.

The application of the Beaver and Shield emblems seems to have been only for a few years on a select group of locos and freight cars. They might have used up all the beaver emblem decals and never ordered more.

CP's rebuilding some of their SOO SD60s and repainting them into red CP paint.  #6250's red looks plain since there’s no golden beaver on the long hood.
