Theme announcement: Trackside vol. 163 — Water

The theme for volume 163 of Trackside with Trains.com is: Water.

The deadline for volume 163 reader submissions is Thursday, April 21.



All submissions must meet the following criteria, please use this list as a checklist before you send in your image:

• Image must be relevant to the round’s theme.
• Only .jpgs will be accepted. PLEASE NO SCANS, only digital image. 
Images must be no larger than 1024 pixels wide.
• E-mail your image to [e-mail]. Any image e-mailed to a different address will not be considered.
• When you e-mail your photo, please make the subject line: “Trackside vol. XXX submission.” For example, this round is volume 163, so the e-mail subject line should read, “Trackside vol. 163 submission”
• Images must be received by the deadline stated in each round's theme announcement.
• Your image must have a description. Please limit the description to 200 words or less. Include relevant camera and photo details in your description. View previous “Trackside with Trains.com” rounds for examples.
• Please include your full name and hometown with your submission.

Finally, remember, this is a friendly competition. Participants do not receive compensation. Winners do not receive prizes.
