Coast Starlight running on time lately?

I was reading that the Coast Starlight has a reputation for being late but in 2003, Amtrak was trying to improve the performance. Does anyone know if they had any success? Has it been running on time? I have clients that will be traveling the Empire Builder, Coast Starlight, and the California Zephyr and they asked if I could find out. Thanks![:)]
