TORC toledo OH ore facility at CSX coal ore docs future?

One can always count on some old school power down there shoving and pulling ore cars back and forth under the loader, but I wonder how much longer before CSX retires the 999 and 996 SD40-2 and SD40 ( can look up the heritage of each locomotive) for new power?  It is and was always a great show to watch these and other old warriors working it out down there. They are on a "remote" "dog" sled or at least that is waht icall it (sorry experts).  Anyway it is also great to watch these incerdbily heavy trains being drug out over the yrs by old and new power.  A great amount of smoke, noise, shaking ground, and rotten CSX rail and junk switches.  Sinking ties ect make it truly great, but as a few yrs ago it is not possible to get down there on the public road anymore becuse CSX has put up a sign saying they "own" the public road.  I think it has something to do with a labor dispute and union strike.  There is possible pictures from the overpass but again it would be unsafe becuse of the amout of traffic and heav y trucks ect coming over it.  We have gotten lucky to know some locals in the past and have family working on the RR ect but not anymre. I put some other pics up from the ore area on other pages too on my pictures.  I would guess the best one can do is take pics while driving by without stopping. http://s1219.photobucket.com/albums/dd440/independentrailfan/    GOD BLESS ALL and stay safe
