There appears to be a picture of the 3716 on this page, but the lighting is quite poor.

#3716 lives up in Summerland BC -at the Kettle Valley Railway -- maybe they have drawings or pictures that you require -- worth a shot !

Wow, talk about being specific.

I have lots of pictures of the 2816 with it's feedwater heater if that would help at all?

Let's have a look, although 2816's outer boiler covering and the running board skirt may hide some of the detail. Oh, to have a 2816 model for the Grizzly Northern!
Thanks for responding

CPR 2-8-0 with Elesco Feedwater Heater
Posted by Isambard on Saturday, July 10, 2004 6:16 PM
I'm looking for a good roster-type photo of a late-model CPR 2-8-0 fitted with an Elesco feedwater heater, showing the feed water piping detail on the left hand side, from tender to pump to Elesco to boiler input check valve, and piping to cab gauges and valves. CPR 3716 would be an ideal subject.
Can anyone help?
