Today's Wisconsin State Journal has an article about a man in the Madison WI area who has been arrested for making false radio calls to train crews. He also had fake railroad ID's and photos of himself in a locomotive cab.
I wonder if there is any connection between the Amtrak bomb scare and this fellow.
