Driver had a perfectly wonderful birthday - he got to take me to eye doctor, out for lunch, Millie in to have her brakes checked, to the bookstore for me to buy him a book on Streamliner Trains (lucky him), past the train watching site (they are doing the big dig again on it!), shopping at Walgreens and out for supper. Poor dear hadsuch an exciting day, he went to bed early, leaving me sitting in the other room! Getting old is not for sissies, you know!
