All of the 8700s I have seen are still blue.[:D]

Sorry for the confusion. I was talking about the 8700's series. The standard cab units that were painted in blue and yellow.

Yes, I have personally seen GP60M units in the Heritage scheme here in Aurora, IL, both GP60M and their B units sisters.
