Saw a short clip on one of the networks of the Milwaukee airport using snow throwers to clear water off the runways. Talk about De je vu.

Wisconsin record rainfall=detours?
Posted by Soo 6604 on Friday, July 23, 2010 5:00 PM

Green Bay and Appleton just recorded the wettest July ever. I'm sure that there are other cities that have experienced this this year. My question is:

Has any routes in Wisconsin have been affected and if needed, reroutes established?

The CN Neenah's Sub goes under restricted speed through Oshkosh all the way to a few miles west of Neenah at 10MPH, every time it rains now (until things dry up). A couple of years ago along the CP, reeseburg (?) swamp that was underwater due to spring thaw and rains, how has that area been since all the very heavy rains last night (7-22)?
