CSX Train numbers

Does anyone have any info on what system CSX uses to number trains. The area that I am interested in is the exL&N line from Corbin,KY to Chattanooga,TN. Also on the Clinchfield.

Theres a website called www.bullsheet.com that has a lot of information about CSX and old car lists and new numbers etc..Perhaps they may be of some help.
