Here's a start.

This and this are apparently a list a local enthusiast has in his scanner.

Radio Frequencies
Posted by Acela026 on Friday, July 2, 2010 3:42 PM

If there is anyone who has the frequency for a good (railroad) channel in the Kansas City area, please let me know.  I recently recieved a new (to me) scanner, but I can't find an in-range channel.

Thanks! Acela026
