Any Other Railfans Graduating?
Posted by wcfan4ever on Tuesday, June 8, 2004 7:57 PM
Are there any other railfans graduating from high school besides me? I graduate on Thursday, and then party during the weekend. My party will prollably consist of going to Rochelle RR Park or Porter, IN. I'll be at the St. Charles Train Show on Sunday. That means either Rochelle and Porter are close to the same distance, why not hit both in the same day?!? Anyways, let me know if any other fans are graduating.

Hey Wabash - maybe we can start a "who will retire in the next 1-10 years?"

I can't retire until I figure out what I am going to do for a career first!

The correct quote is actually -
"All I Really Need To Know I Learned In Kindergarten"
-Robert Fulghum

I just graduated about a month ago from the University of Colorado here in Boulder with a bacholers degree in Architecture. Maybe now I can go and design some good train stations and now I should have some more time to go and sit by the tracks!

Mookie

I figured I would find a career after i retire. Do all the fun stuff now and worry about working later. The way i look at it .... if i work now ill have all those problems early like back problems roids and stress when i get a career at age 70 ( like door greater at wal mart or security gaurd at a bank ) then i wont do much as they cant exspect much. and at that age they respect you alittle so they wont yell at you. and i can always tell them to kiss my... hey i just thought of a real career i can do at that age..... Would you like a hot apple pie with that??????
