James A. Farley was one of our most successfull postmasters general.(Roseenvelt Admn) (God Bless Franklin D. Rosevnelt)
I have heard that they were refurbishing the old post office in Manhattan

is there some news?

Since the demise of the Railway Post Office it`s not often our hobbies converge like this.

....Haven't tried lately, but enter the project over in Google and you probably can bring up data including computer renderings of the project.

....Now it sounds like Amtrak is balking on some of the former alleged agreements.

New york needs a good Amtrak station. They need to use the Farly building or move in to Grand Central. This Current Pennsylvania Station is very modern, but it is not a great entranceway to America's largest city.
