Can the 765 make it?

Hi
we are planning to go to Columbus to steamfest.The last I heard the 765 was in piececs on the shop floor.I hope so[:0].any information is appreciated.

Greetings,

Last I heard from reading Trainorders was that the 765 crew was passing along their regrets about NOT being in attendance at Steamfestival. They said there was some delay in manufacturing some parts and they didn't want to compromise the work. So as of right now NO 765.

I have quite a few pictures of this nice looking locomotive pulling excursion trains.

The ft wayne RR historical society owns the engine.thats too bad if it cant come out. but its good that they want it fixed right before it comes back.[;)]
