I would think sleepers are in the front or back and that it is a medium size train with about 8 passenger cars.

The way I've usually seen this train is with a consist with the non-revenue cars (diner and lounge) in the middle, the coaches working out in each direction, then the sleepers and finally any mail & express at the outer ends. This arrangement probably facilitates combining or splitting the train at Albany/Renssalaer.
The daily commute is part of everyday life but I get two rides a day out of it. Paul

I have not riddent the train recently, but I recall usually the Boston coaches and the Boston sleeper were together to simplify switching at Rensellear (Albany). Dave

Usually the sleepers are at the front of the train, then the diner and lounge/cafe car, and then the coaches....similar to the rest of Amtrak trains......
