I hope the all-knowing History Channel doesn't show the "City of San Francisco" departing from Grand Central Terminal in New YorkCity, as they depicted the "Broad Way Limited" departing from therein in their documentary on GCT.  Buffoons, methinks!  No wonder I un-plugged my TV!  Saving mega-$$$ every month, too!

I lived in northern California for many years have seen the fury of ther "Sireera Storm King".  This show is well worth watching.

This evening the History Channel's "The Wrath of God" has a large part of the show about the snowbound SP passenger train stuck in the Sierra Nevada mountains by an avalanche. It is from 2000 but this is the first time I have seen info about it.

6-8pm EST 11/2.
