I wonder how CSX track maintenance will be blamed for this accident on CSX property?

Never too old to have a happy childhood!

Plane crashes on CSX mainline.

Hi all,

Just wanted to say that we had a small single engine plane crash on the CSX mainline tracks here in Willoughby, Ohio around 5:00am today. The crash killed the pilot and shut down all train traffic for the better part of the day.

Willoughby is about 15 miles east of Cleveland, Ohio.

This is about ½ mile from my house and a very populated area. By the plain crashing on the tracks, it saved many house and lives.

It will most probably on the news tonight.
