Any one know what the construction crew is doing along the UP mainline at Rochelle? It is kind of hard to tell from the photos on the web page and I haven't had time to get out there recently.

I haven't seen crews, photos, or anything, but I suspect that if this is west of Rochelle, it may have to do with the new intermodal facility UP is building.
