Question on a reporting mark...

Anyone know who owns the reporting marks POHC? I've seen a few of them around my neck of the woods lately and was curious.

Actually, NOKL is the reporting mark of the Northwestern Oklahoma Railroad, the equipment of which is owned by First Union Rail.

Weird ones, how about the Ouachita Railroad? OUCH

I tried to sell my two cents worth, but no one would give me a plug nickel for it.

I don't have a leg to stand on.
