It looks to me like there is a road to the right and the truck backed (or maybe skidded?) across the tracks and off the edge.

I seem to remember seeing this before- I think the driver, for whatever reason (sleeping?) went through a tee intersection between two highways, across the gap between there and the tracks, and up the embankment.

No idea how that happened! It looks impossible, maybe its phony?

The one with the warning sign gets me.  What an insult, first if you touch the wire you die instantly, then they fine you $200.  That's just wrong!
