Found it through the GE Rail site earlier. I think the data on the GE site is much better, and closer to up to date than the EMD site, which says something.

Phil Wormald runs an amazing GE export site, that covers all those strange four truck Dash 8s and Dash 9s in Brazil, as well as all the smaller units.

OK I know nobody but me likes GE (I only like the ES40DCs, B40-8s, B32-8s, C39-8s, C32-8s, and B23-S7Rs) but I thought you guys might like to see what I found.
