That must have looked like a dumb question to some - but here in south east Queensland we just don't get snow (in fact most areas in Oz don't heh heh)
Very interesting - simple but effective.

The picture of UP's ARRO approaching Dale junction, Wyoming sure gives the impression of a Big Train.

Also in the picture, on the right hand side, trailing up the hillside, are what look like to me solar panel arrays - I wonder what they are? I realize it was taken just over 30 years ago but maybe Ed Brunner (photographer) or someone else knows? [;)]
