News about Railpac

South County, St. Louis- Railroad photographer expert and guru John Withouse is out on bond tonight after taking a sledgehammer to his computer and throwing the remains in front of a southbound BNSF manifest train yesterday around 3:00 PM. John was getting tired of the slow uploads and the bad service of AOL. Out of frustation, John murdered his computer out of rebellion so him and his mom can get a new computer. He was fined $26.00 for damages to the GE C44-9W (Thats what they are worth today!) The computer remains hit the exhaust stack, and parts went down into the engine and caused a severe mechanical failure. The total cost of repairs are estimated at $24.37. The Engineers of Lindenwood yard are currently praising John for the destruction of the unit, and the in the computer world, computer geeks are celebrateing the death of Johns computer.

In other words, John will not be on the forums, and this story is a lie...his computer crashed. BTW, this story was made up by me!

Each time the computer has some kind of a difficulty, I feel like I could throw it into the path of freight train. [banghead] I almost think that your story may someday become true!

What he needed was a backup. If it's simply a software problem, the backup is restored within a matter of hours, and he's running again.

Just so he doesn't tie one end of a rope to a water jug and the other end to his computer,to watch a train hit it.[B)]
