Rail Defects Project

I am a Greek student, studing Chemical Engineering in the National Technical University of Athens. For the time being I am working at a project concerning rail defects. Having read a lot about the Rail Defect Manual by Sperry Rail Service, I would be most grateful to know where or how I could possibly find it. I searched in www.sperryrail.com and the library of my university, but found nothing. Thank you in advance.

Try also looking at the AREMA Manual, Chapter 4 : Rail....(www.AREMA.org) and also aar/ttc's FAST track project (http://www.ttci.aar.com/)that should show-up in your engineering library system.
