Did B&OCT trackage ever reach Chicago Heights? If so, how far south and did it cross the UP (C&EI) and the EJ&E at Chicago Heights?

according to Classic trains map on pg 39 summer 2003 issue it extended just south of the 2 railroads but not quite into Faithhorn.Hope this helps.
