Trolley Image From EBay

This is a recent eBay purchase, I thought folks might find interesting... a Public Service trolley on the last week of service of the Hudson River Line, at the New York, Susquehanna & Western's station in Hackensack NJ, July 31, 1938.

Photorapher is La Marr M. Kelley of Elkhart, Indiana.  Did anyone know him by any chance?  I've searched the internet pretty heavily to try and find any information on him.  All I found were a couple other of his images.

 

Based on this shot, he was a good photographer.
