Did the Milwaukee Road have any EMD BL-2 locos?

No BL-2s on the Milwaukee Road.

BL-2 was the closest thing railroads had to the Edsel. The only road I know of outside of New England that had any was Monon.

For the record: There was one BL-1, the Demonstrator that went to C&EI. There were 58 BL2s. BAR-8, B&M-4, C&EI-2, C&O-14, CRI&P-5, FEC-6, Monon-9, MP-8, and WM-2.
