Just wondered if any one could say if its true that the KCS is planning on restoring a steam loco to use as PR like Up does?

Do they even own one - a display one somewhere?

The "steam locomotive" pictured above taken at Union Station here in Kansas City is a modified flat car for use on KCS's Xmas train. It draws a large crowd every year.
