Can anyone please tell me where the two passenger stations (SP-Katy and MoPac) of Austin were located? I just know from the official guide that they were next to each other ...[%-)]

Sure can. The SP-Katy station was on the NE corner of Congress and 3rd, and the MP (IGN) was on the SW corner, until WWII, when they replaced it with the current ATK station at Lamar and the MP tracks. The SP-Katy station was in use by the MKT until service ended in 1964. The tracks ran down 3rd st and the MP had tracks on 4th st as well. The Austin History Center has photos available for sale at a nominal cost. Here's their web page:
