Go to the top of the page and click on "Our Magazine"...then "subscriber benefits"....there should be a email address for the customer service rep...email tham and explain what happened, they will tell you what to do.

I received the Ultimate Railroading DVD series with my subscription. I would really like to keep getting them but either they didn't include the yellow payment envelope or I lost it. Should I just get a regular envelope and pay the postage for it? Any help would be great, thank you!
