Fix to your link ("dot-com" instead of "comma-com"): www.wbir.com

We had something similar happen here in Pennsylvania a couple of years ago at PPL Electric Utilities' (formerly Pennsylvania Power & Light Co.) Martin's Creek Generating Station in Northampton County - about 10 miles north of Easton, PA, & about 10 miles south of Portland, PA.  Some fish killed & a lot of ash on the bottom of the Delaware River, if I recall correctly.

A breach in a retaining pond of ash  will stop activity at the Kingston fossil plant for a while as the videos will show on www.wbir.com . there was loaded train on its way in when this happened about 12:30 AM monday. Video shows 3 lead engines and after backing up to Harriman showing 2 helpers on the rear.
