how can i find an employee list for the lehigh & hudson river rr

Go talk to management, they will have one.
Anyone in payroll or benefits will likely have one too.

It may be a hard to get though, they don't just give the things out.

Try the Railroad Retirement Board. All former L&HRR employees had to pay into Railroad Retirement, so they should have a record. I think you can inquire about specific individuals, but not get a whole list.
