For a very few railroads, with an employee timetable. But not many run trains that close to posted schedule times and may only show times for origin and destination yards. That leaves you with a scanner. A train will always identify itself by number to the dispatcher on the radio.

How do you figure out what the train numbers (not the loco #) are?
