The National Railway Publication produced many different publications, including the Guide, a register of passenger cars, and railway line clearances. I was unable to find any company which publishes the latter information, though it may be that someone does so. I think that I also have a copy of a register of freight cars (if so, it is in one of the boxes at my dauhter's house, along with other railroadiana).
