It is an excellent place to watch export coal operations, but the only way I got in there over 40 years ago was because my aunt was the secretary to the Traffic Manager of a major chemical company and got the Traffic Manager to write N&W. I was met and escorted by an N&W official. I don't recall any public place from which to view the operations.
