...It certainly is a more heavy duty "car" and most certainly looks to me to be a unit to use in interurban use.

Technically this isn't really a streetcar the way you might picture one from that era. Mesaba Electric cars were more like heavy interurban cars. The railway connected several towns on the Iron Range together. Competition from automobiles and a local bus company which eventually became Greyhound lead to it's being abandoned.
There may not be much interest in the car, since it was such a small railroad. Plus the Minnesota Streetcar Museum already has one:
