Beaumont, TX, Did Rains Bother Rail Ops?

Noticed The Weather Channel reporting over three inches of rain in the Beaumont, TX, area. Did this affect Union Pacific rail operations in that area? Heavy rains reported during last 30 hours on 9-3-2001 (Labor Day, Monday).
