I have at least a couple dozen videos and DVDs. Many are of railroads around the area where I live and include scenes of things that I will be modeling on my layout. Others are of steam engines past and present. And still others are of model railroad layouts.

Mine is mostly Northeast Corridor stuff. I love passenger railroad, so that is what I mainly focus on. I will start on the NYC Subway videos soon.

I am lucky enough to belong to an NMRA Division (WISE = Wisconsin South Eastern) that has a huge collection of videos (and now some DVDs) that are loaned for free to those of us who attend monthly meets. This includes prototype videos, Great Model Railroads, how-to modeling types, and movies with trains. A lot of guys donate videos after they are tired of them (since they can always borrow them again anyway). It is a great deal and yet another benefit of belonging to the NMRA assuming you have a good active division like we do.

Over 230 and counting videos of various subjects from Passenger trains, Freights, Diesels, Steam, Cab rides, etc. Mainly from the Pentrex and Greenfrog companies.
