Good Railfanning Spots around Worcester/Clinton, MA?
Posted by Anonymous on Monday, June 30, 2008 1:59 PM

I've been trying to expand my railfanning range beyond Worcester Union Station, and know of several lines in the area, but I don't know which ones get much traffic. There are a few that I can bike to, but odds are they are the one-train-a-day variety, so it would be a huge waste of time. The lines I'm thinking of primerally are the Guilford Line from Worcester to Ayer, and the CSX Line that crosses it in Clinton, MA (I'm not sure where that line goes).

Does anyone know approximetely how many trains those lines get a day, and if possible the time they head through Clinton/Worcester/other landmarks?

Thanks in advance...
