One of my Yahoo groups had a report that water was over the BNSF-IC&E crossing at Ottumwa.

The IAIS has water over the approaches to their Cedar River bridge near Moscow, IA.

There was mention in the post on floods in the upper Midwest about the Burlington Junction Rwy and their ops in Burlington, IA.  I'd have to believe the BNSF's seen some flooding at least through through Ottumwa - all that water in the Des Moines River has gotta go somewhere.
